Install the Windows Print Agent on the computer connected to your shop printer. It receives paid/approved print jobs and sends them to the selected Windows printer.

Installation

Download

Download the Print Agent ZIP on the Windows computer that has your printer installed.

Extract

Right-click the downloaded ZIP → Extract All. Open the extracted agentbuild folder.

Start the agent

Double-click START-PRINT-AGENT.bat. Windows PowerShell will open. The agent may download the official portable SumatraPDF automatically for PDF printing.

Sign in once

On first start, enter only your Shopkeeper email/password when requested. The Supabase project settings are already included in the agent. The password is used once and is not saved. A Windows-protected refresh token is stored for later sessions.

Check the dashboard

Return to the Shopkeeper Dashboard. Under Print Agent Setup, the status should change to Connected and your Windows printer should appear under Printers.

Keep it ready

Keep the Windows computer connected to the internet.
Keep the printer installed and switched on.
Keep the Print Agent running while you want automatic printing.
If the agent shows Offline, run START-PRINT-AGENT.bat again.

Billing & printing: the current Pay Per Print rate set by the admin is used by the Print Agent for successful-print wallet debits and by online-payment processing.
